Omnicom Group Inc. (NYSE-OMC) today announced that its net income for the fourth quarter of 2009 decreased 15.3% to $229.6 million from $271.0 million in the fourth quarter of 2008.  Omnicom's diluted net income per common share in the fourth quarter of 2009 decreased 16.1% to $0.73 per share from $0.87 per share in the fourth quarter of 2008.
