Black Together (BT) is part of the Omnicom People Engagement Network (OPEN) – an employee resource group committed to inclusion and diversity across Omnicom and its agencies. Our mission is to foster engagement, sponsorship, mentorship and professional development that aids in the retention and advancement of Black talent within Omnicom. We will create alliances with other OPEN diversity groups and foster an inclusive and engaging work environment for Omnicom’s Black community and its allies. As an employee resource group, we aligned on 3 pillars with established priorities and metrics to determine success.
ENLIGHTEN || BT will communicate career-related support to EDUCATE Black talent on opportunities and verticals available throughout Omnicom. Through cross-collaboration with existing resource groups we will consistently ENGAGE black employees through events, open forums and other touch points.
ELEVATE || Leverage senior talent across Omnicom to ESTABLISH Black talent with documented succession plans to support clear growth and EMPOWER them to use their collective voices to shape the culture of Omnicom.
EXCEL || Black employees can further EXCEL after they leverage the resources and tools from ENLIGHTEN and ELEVATE.
