Omnicom Group Acquires ipsh! to Strengthen Its Position in the Burgeoning Mobile Marketing Industry

NEW YORK and SAN FRANCISCO, Oct. 10 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Diversified Agency Services (DAS), a unit of Omnicom Group Inc. (NYSE: OMC), has acquired San Francisco-based ipsh!, a mobile marketing services and technology company.
