Omnicom Group's DAS Expands Healthcare Research and Communications Portfolio in Europe via Adelphi Worldwide

Adelphi Worldwide, part of Diversified Agency Services (DAS), a division of Omnicom Group Inc. (NYSE: OMC), announced today that it has invested in the Cologne-based healthcare communications agency Face to Face GmbH.

The partnership will extend the service capabilities of Face to Face into market research and strategic communications. Adelphi, which recently announced the acquisition of Elsevier's UK based Excerpta Medica, further increases its global and local market presence through the deal.

In addition to acquiring Excerpta and establishing the Face to Face partnership, Adelphi announced the launch of the new German domestic market research agency Adelphi Germany in July of this year.

Face to Face is known for delivering innovative and highly creative solutions to the German healthcare sector and other industries. It offers internal and external communication programs through its team of marketing and communications, healthcare, travel and hospitality management executives.
