Omnicom Group Inc. (NYSE: OMC) announced today that the San Francisco office of is relaunching as Signal to Noise. The digitally led, integrated marketing agency is building brands and driving results through innovations in areas such as dynamic, real-time advertising, interactive video, distributed ecommerce, social media and mobile advertising.
