Omnicom Group Acquires San Francisco Advertising Agency, EVB

NEW YORK and SAN FRANCISCO, July 5 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Omnicom Group Inc. has acquired a majority stake in San Francisco-based EVB, a full-service advertising agency specializing in high-end interactive marketing.

Founded in 2000 by CEO Daniel Stein and Executive Creative Director Jason Zada, EVB provides award-winning digital marketing services that develop long- term brand loyalty for clients. In 2006, EVB continued to build on its reputation as a creator of strategic brand experiences that combine entertainment and interactivity.
