Omnicom Group Inc. (NYSE: OMC) companies BBDO, DDB, LatinWorks, PHD and TBWA were recognized in the Advertising Age 2010 Agency of the Year and Agency A-List awards this week.
In recognition of an impressive transformation "to a truly integrated and digital-led offering," DDB Group China was named Ad Age China's Agency of the Year.
At the same time, LatinWorks was named to the Ad Age A-List in recognition of its "creative work that is meticulously planned and strategically grounded, helping marketers win over increasingly diverse Hispanic consumers while avoiding stereotypes."
BBDO and TBWA were named Standouts for proving they were among the best in the business at delivering the best work of the year to some of America's top brands.
TBWA/Chiat/Day, Los Angeles, and Goodby, Silverstein & Partners also were voted to the Creativity A-List for groundbreaking product introductions and highly awarded creative work, while media planning and buying agency PHD was named to The Ones to Watch for a year of innovation and growth.
TBWA and Colenso BBDO were also runners up for International Agency of the Year.
