Omnicom Group Names Tiffany R. Warren Chief Diversity Officer

NEW YORK, Jan. 7 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Omnicom Group Inc. (NYSE: OMC) has appointed Tiffany R. Warren to the newly created position of Chief Diversity Officer.

Formerly Vice President of Multicultural Programs and Community Outreach for Arnold Worldwide where she led efforts to recruit and retain multicultural talent, Ms. Warren is also the founder of ADCOLOR(R), a joint effort between the AAF, the AAAAs, the Association of National Advertisers, The Advertising Club of NY, Arnold and others to promote greater diversity in advertising, marketing and media.

In making the announcement, Omnicom President and CEO John Wren noted, "Tiffany's positive and passionate approach to all that she undertakes made her the obvious choice for her new role at Omnicom. Prior to joining Arnold in 2005, Ms. Warren was manager of Diversity Programs at the American Association of Advertising Agencies in New York City, a position she assumed at the age of 25. In that role she was responsible for all AAAA diversity initiatives.
