Consent Solicitation to Amend Omnicom Convertible Notes Due 2033 Expires

NEW YORK, Nov. 5 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Omnicom Group Inc. (NYSE: OMC) announced today that holders of approximately $435 million of its outstanding Zero Coupon Zero Yield Convertible Notes due 2033 consented to an amendment to the indenture under which the notes were issued, as of the close of the consent period yesterday.

Omnicom will pay $2.50 per $1,000 of its Zero Coupon Zero Yield Convertible Notes due 2033, to those holders that have consented to the amendment. The payment will be made as promptly as practicable. The amendment will only apply to those holders that have consented.
