Omnicom Group Networks Lead 2006 Gunn Report

Third Consecutive Year Agency Networks Top Gunn

NEW YORK, Nov. 2 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Omnicom Group Inc. agency networks BBDO Worldwide, DDB Worldwide and TBWA Worldwide were rated numbers one, two and three as The Most Awarded Agency Networks in the World for 2006 by The Gunn Report.

This marks the third year in a row that Omnicom networks have dominated the network ranking. The report also noted that in the eight years of its existence, there has been only one network that was not part of Omnicom to finish first in the network rankings.

In addition, DDB was again recognized as the World's Top Network in Europe.

In agency rankings, DDB London was No. 1 as The Most Awarded Agency in The World followed by TBWA/Paris and Abbott Mead Vickers, BBDO London, for second and third places respectively.

According to The Gunn Report, "DDB London was the first ever winner as The Most Awarded Agency in The World; now they join AlmapBBDO as a two-time winner."

The Gunn Report, established in 1999, combines the winners' lists from the top 36 creative award shows in the world in determining its overall ranking.
