NEW YORK, December 5, 2016— Omnicom Group (NYSE: OMC) has achieved perfect score of 100 percent on the Corporate Equality Index (CEI) survey, a nationally recognized benchmarking tool for corporate inclusive policies, benefits and practices pertinent to LGBT employees, administered by the Human Rights Campaign Foundation. In addition to being highly rated, Omnicom has been designated as one of the “Best Places to Work for LGBT Equality” by the HRC Foundation.

Earlier this year, the Omnicom People Engagement Network (OPEN) launched OPEN Pride – an employee resource group committed to inclusion and diversity efforts for Omnicom’s LGBT community and its allies. OPEN Pride facilitates company-wide efforts to promote awareness, acceptance and advocacy by creating opportunities for leadership, visibility, community involvement, networking and business.
