BBDO received the night’s top honor, Network of the Year, for the second consecutive year, with DDB placing third. The award comes on the heels of BBDO winning the Cannes Lions APAC Network of the Year. Colenso BBDO won Agency of the Year and DDB Group New Zealand placed third. BBDO and Proximity will reorganize their capabilities, with BBDO absorbing all digital campaign work and Proximity focusing on its data-intensive CRM and specialist digital platform expertise. “There was a time when a distinct digital capability was the norm.
